Wanda Gail Morgan Demary

Wanda Gail Morgan DeMary, 65, of Lake Charles passed away at 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 5, 2022 in a local hospice facility.

Mrs. DeMary was born on June 22, 1956 in Lake Charles where she lived all of her life and was a graduate of LaGrange High School.  In her earlier years she worked at K Mart and the rest of her years were spent being a housewife.  Mrs.  DeMary was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church and also of Seventh Day Adventist Church. 

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Stan DeMary; siblings, Charles Morgan, Jr. (Charlene), Theresa Daigle (the late Sam Daigle, JR.) of Grand Lake, and Alan Morgan (Debbie) of Corpus Christi, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Benita Morgan and in-laws, Oreda and Maxine DeMary.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, February 11, 2022 at St. Margaret Catholic Church.  Father Nathan Long will officiate.  Burial will follow in Consolata Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.  Visitation will start at the church at 10:30 AM and continue until the start of the service.
