Wanda Lou Bledsaw, 65, of Longville, Louisiana died at 9:50 PM Thursday, September 6, 2012 in a lake area hospital.
Mrs. Bledsaw was born on December 13, 1946 in Jacksonville, Arkansas to the parents of Clifton and Mamie Holland. She has lived in Longville for the past 11 years. She worked as a cashier for many of the local stores including the Westlake Discount Store. In her spare time she enjoyed spending time on the computer and playing facebook games.
She is survived by her companion Tommy Foraker Sr. of Longville, LA, two daughters Destiny Hux and husband Richard of Vinton, LA, and Misty of Moss Bluff, LA, two brothers, C.E. Holland of Apple Valley, CA, and Arthur Holland of North Dakota, three sisters; Bobbie LeBranch of Garden Grove NV, Pearl Ballard of Lancaster, CA, Frances Perez of Traverse city, MI, six grandsons; Rusty Keyes, Bradford McIntosh, Nathanial McIntosh, Shane Recheck, Christopher Olsen, two step granddaughters, Michelle Harlow and Dawn Hux, five step grandchildren; Courtney Foraker, Victoria Foraker, Elijah Foraker, Elizabeth Foraker, J.T. Foraker, and six great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Warren G. Harding Bledsaw, parents, Clifton and Mamie Holland one brother, David Holland, one sister, Jonnie Cauldwell one son-in-law Raymond Olsen.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, September 10, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Johnson Funeral Home. Rev. Chris Fusilier will officiate. Burial will be in Cypress Cemetery in DeRidder, LA. Visitation will begin on Sunday at 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM and will continue on Monday at 8:00 AM until the time of services.
