Warren Christopher Lee Wimberly

Warren Christopher Lee Wimberly, 14, of Moss Bluff, LA, passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2018.

Warren was born January 2, 2004 in Lake Charles, LA and has lived in Moss Bluff for most of his life. He had just finished 8th grade at Moss Bluff Middle School and was looking forward to the new adventure of high school. Warren enjoyed riding his 4-wheeler, swimming, dancing and taking pictures. He will always be remembered as a confident, beautiful person that could light up a room with his smile. He was funny, full of life, and full of energy and will be greatly missed. Soar high, Warren!

Warren is survived by his mother, Dawn Still and boyfriend, James King of Moss Bluff; father, Christopher Wimberly of Lake Charles; brothers, Tylor Still and girlfriend, Krystan Assunto, Dalton Still and his brother and best friend, C. J. Wimberly, II; grandparents, Wendy Thibodeaux of Westlake, Kenneth Thornton of Lake Charles, and Sybil Richard of Lake Charles; nephew and niece, Taylor Still and Jessi Still; their mothers, whom he loved like a sister, Luanne Deville and Elle Heller; special aunts, Julie Richardson and Renee Ellender; uncle, Bill Still; good friend, Shane Dubroc; and numerous other family members and friends that he loved dearly.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Charlie Bill Still, Jr., Warner Richard, and Lecel Wimberly.

His funeral service will be 2:00 PM on Monday, June 4, 2018 at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Tony Bourque will officiate. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 AM until the start of the service.
