Graveside services for Warren J. Watson, 57, of Lake Charles, will be held at 10am, Monday, February 28, 2011 in McFatter Cemetery, DeQuincy under the direction of Robison Funeral Home. Rev. Rocky East will officiate. Visitation will begin on Sunday, February 27th from 5pm " 9pm and resume on Monday, from 8am " until time of service. Mr. Watson passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2011 in a Lake Charles hospital with his loving wife by his side. He was met at the gates of Heaven by his Parents: Elmo & Rosemary Watson; 3 Brothers: Lonnie, Roy and Don Watson; his beloved dog Nikeaux. Warren was a native of Houston & longtime resident of Lake Charles. He worked for 35 years as a Longshoreman at the Port of Lake Charles before retiring. Mr. Watson was a member of Westlake Church of God, where he volunteered for Operation Christmas Child He was also a volunteer for Moss Regional Hospital in the Lab. Warren loved hunting, fishing and his dogs Cisceaux and Max.
