Wayne Allen Cole

Wayne Allen Cole, 80, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022 in his residence.

Wayne was born January 11, 1942 to Elbert and Viola Tarver Cole in Lake Charles, LA. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a member of the B.A.S.S. Club and was an avid reader. He was also a member of the Free Masons and Shriners Society. Wayne worked at Cities Service and later retired from Brown & Root.

Mr. Cole is survived by his wife, Terri Cole; children, Debbie Seago (Joe), Kay Carter (Allen) and Shaun Frank (Elizabeth); grandchildren, Lauren Antony, Kamryn Seago, Dylan Carter, Bryce Carter, Poppy Frank, Petal Frank, and Piper Frank; great grandchildren, Peyton Antony, Harper Antony and Madelyn Carter; sibling, Richard Cole (Joyce); nephew, Randy Cole (Angela).

He was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew, Ricky Cole.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff with Rev. Glenn George officiating.  Burial will follow in Creel Cemetery at Camp Pearl. Visitation will be held on Saturday beginning at 9:30 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
