Wesley David Debrier

Wesley David DeBrier, 56, of Lake Charles, passed away on December 9, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his family.  He was born on March 11, 1966 in Glendale, CA. to Edwin and Nancy DeBrier and lived in Lake Charles for many years where he worked for the city as a vehicle maintenance foreman.

Wesley loved the Lord and found great fulfillment serving as an usher for Eastwood Pentecostal Church.  He often told of how the Lord had changed his life and he was committed to serving Him the rest of his life. 

Wesley enjoyed playing the guitar and was self-taught. He and his wife would often play music together as she played the piano. 

Wesley is survived by his wife Rebecca DeBrier of Lake Charles, and by his brother, Phil DeBrier and wife Lisa of Riverside, CA.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, December 12, 2022 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Johnson Funeral Home, 4321 Lake St. Lake Charles, LA. 70605.  Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 13, 2022 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at Eastwood Pentecostal Church, 2501 Opelousas St. Lake Charles, LA. 70601.
