July 16, 1958 — August 22, 2014

William Allan Sams of Lake Charles passed away on Friday, August 22, 2014 at the age of 56. Left to cherish his memory is his mother Evelyn Duhon; sisters, Rayma Williams, Lynn Patton (husband Scott), Angie Randolph (husband Danny); and brother Zane Duhon (wife Christy). Visitation will be on Monday, August 25 at Johnson Funeral Home (4321 Lake Street in Lake Charles) from 10:00am until the Funeral Service at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
