William "Bill" Landry

William “Bill” Landry, 90, of Sulphur passed away on May 27, 2023, in a local hospital. He was a lifelong resident of Sulphur and a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Sulphur.  
Bill is survived by his daughter, Dana Landry of San Antonio, TX; daughter-in-law, Carol Bourgeois Smith of Carlyss; 2 grandchildren, Lauren Hamic (Bryant) and Logan Boyd Smith (Jennifer); sister, Judie Burton (James); brother, Toby Landry; great grandchildren, Jackson Smith, John Bryant Hamic and Kate Hamic; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years, Bettye Landry, his parents Lucille and Boyd Landry; son, Michael Steven Landry; and brother Kyle Landry.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery South in Carlyss under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, from 9-11 A.M. at the funeral home until the time of service.
