Winnie Penny Love Peace

Winnie "Penny" Peace passed away Friday, August 24, 2012 in a local hospital in Lake Charles.

Penny was born in Bossier City, LA in 1923, the daughter of John and Mary Belle Love. In 1944, Penny married Gerald M. Peace. Throughout their fifty-five years of marriage, they lived in Magnolia, AR, Shreveport, Minden and Leesville, LA. Following the passing of Mr. Peace, Penny moved to Lake Charles, LA where she has resided for the past fourteen years. She was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker.

Mrs. Peace was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and her beloved husband.

She is survived by her three daughters, Vicki Green and husband Perry, Geralyn Davis and husband Clayton and Louan Loverich and husband Don; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Monday, August 27, 2012 in Prien Memorial Park in Lake Charles, LA. Reverend Randy Edwards will officiate. Interment will follow service.
